DAY ONE OF THE 30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE WOOOHOO
To this day I have never finished an exercise challenge (pathetic, right?) I always start them and I don’t even get halfway through before giving up. BUT THIS SHALL BE DIFFERENT!
Plus for the last few weeks I’ve been eating horribly and not exercising (sans Zumba 2 times a week) so the least I can do is squat it out every day.
Anyone else doing this (or a similar) squat challenge?? Does anybody have any other challenges (for beginners) that actually show results??
